How long does it take to implement AI?

Most Voice AI agents are built in one to two weeks with additional week of testing prior to going live. Why is there an implementation cost?

What if I need to update the AI?

- Small changes (hours, a couple FAQs, a wording tweak, update a transfer number) are usually handled within 24–48 hours.

- Bigger changes (new workflows, new departments, complex scheduling rules, new call flows) count toward your monthly retraining/optimization hours or get scoped as an enhancement.

What are usage / carrier costs?

Usage depends on volume — we don’t guess your bill, we show you what you’re actually using.

- Voice AI is typically ~$0.11–$0.18 per minute depending on voice/model/provider and call features.

- SMS is billed per message segment by your provider (usually a few cents per segment), and varies by message length and carrier rules.

Carrier/telephony charges are separate from your Easy AI subscription.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You can cancel services anytime.

Does it work with my current phone number?

Usually, yes. Most businesses forward calls to the agent or route calls through a number we provide. We’ll recommend the cleanest option based on how your phones are set up today.

Can it book appointments?

Yes — there are three common approaches:

- Request-a-booking: The AI collects details and your team confirms - this is the option best suited for our Standard Voice AI.

- Live booking: The AI books directly into a calendar. This option is available to those on the Managed Voice AI plan.

- Text a booking link: The AI sends a booking link directly to the customer's phone. This is often the best solution if your scheduling rules are complex or span multiple time zones.

Can it block spam and robo-calls?

We can filter obvious spam patterns, add screening questions, and reduce time wasted on junk calls. No solution stops 100% of spam, but it can dramatically cut it down.

Do you record calls?

By default, we keep call logs and transcripts for quality and troubleshooting, and call recordings are enabled where your setup and state laws allow. If your industry has special requirements, we’ll configure retention and access accordingly.

Is HIPAA compliance available?

Yes — when required, we can offer a HIPAA-oriented setup, but it’s not the default because it changes the tools, hosting, and paperwork involved. HIPAA compliance typically comes with an additional monthly cost and specific requirements (like BAAs) depending on your workflow.

Do you have demos?

Do you offer refunds?

If you aren't happy with your AI service, you may request a refund of the subscription cost within 30 days. To cancel services or request a refund, email us at [email protected]

What happens to my number / agent if I cancel?

You retain your voice agent through the provider it was set up on (i.e. Vapi, Elevenlabs, Retell) and may continue to use it. All prompts and training stay with the agent. All Easy AI hosting features (custom integrations, add-on automations, extra features, monitoring, and management) stop running.

What information do you need from me to get started?

Common info that is needed to get started: business hours, service list, FAQs/policies, who calls should go to, and any scheduling/CRM access if we’re integrating. For the specific workings of your business, we'll hop on a call guide you through it.

Why can't I just purchase a voice agent directly?

Every agent we build is custom-made to your business and needs. We want you to have the best, most capable AI possible - that's why we book a call to discuss everything before we start.
